Thunderclap

Not so long ago, in recording a podcast that hasn't gone public (yet), I blamed Kickstarter for everything.

See, before Kickstarter, I had over ten years' experience in Web publishing. And I had a well-practiced eye-roll for those people who came up to me at comic conventions telling me they had The Next Big Thing. Although I don't remember it specifically, I guarantee you I unleashed one of those eye-rolls the first time I heard about Kickstarter.

Then Kickstarter happened.

Before you know it, it's become the engine behind everything big in Webcomics. So, of course, I'm excited about Patreon (more on that very soon, I hope).

And now Thunderclap -- to me -- has every chance to be a game-changing social-media tool.
